We only need £850!

Sadly 270 children die in the UK per year after suffering a Sudden Cardiac Arrest at school

If a defibrillator is used and effective CPR is performed within 3-5 minutes of cardiac arrest, survival chances increase from 6% to 74% which is incredible. 

An inspirational man, a parent of one of the kids I coach rugby has inspired Thomas and I to head this up for Theydon Bois. Danny Hyde works for the Emergency Services and is founder of - Emergency First Aid Ltd who are pleased to be working with Theydon Bois Primary School for the first time.

Danny has taken on various challenges and raised funds for at least 4 schools this year. Have a rest here mate as Thomas and I will take the challenge for our school:

2.5km run
5km Bile

What Danny has kindly offered to do is train staff members in how to use the defibrillator FOR FREE.

I hope and pray the defibrillator never sees the light of day!!However the school does so much for our children and families the least we can do as parents is supply them with this life saving piece of equipment and training from a professional. 

We are also relying on Staff, students and Parents to help however they can.
