Story
Gervis Pearson, Is an acute medical ward for male oncology, based at Nottingham city hospital part of Nottingham university hospitals NHS trust.
Nursing staff from the ward have decided to take part in the THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE in April 2017 in order to raise funds for the ward enabling us to purchase improved facilities for our patients!
Often patients have prolonged stays on the ward and we feel that improving our facilities would help our patients getting through their toughest times!
Our ward prides itself in doing our best for our Patients. Please help us achieve this goal!
Cancer really is the most awful thing, please help us make a difference to our guys on the ward!!

I recently had a short stay in City Hospital and it was a real eye opener to see how hard the staff work, practically running from patient to patient trying to fulfill their needs.
