Tragically, on the 9/6/17 at 6:25am we lost our beloved daughter, sister, partner and friend to an awfully wasteful genetic disorder called Cystic Fibrosis.
Tina loved to travel and on her last holiday to Las Vegas, due to reduced lung function, required a constant oxygen supply from a portable oxygen concentrator; hired at a cost of £770 pounds. This combined with astronomical insurance fees (£850) and hotel costs created an extremely expensive holiday.
We, her immediate friends and family would like to reduce the costs of holidays for other Cystic Fibrosis patients and families by providing an oxygen concentrator free of charge. Consequently, in memory of Tina and her love of travel we are creating Tina's Airways charity to raise funds for the purchase of an (or as many as) Inogenone G3 portable oxygen units.
