Tarbert kids pass yachts and boats every day in their village, which hosts the annual Scottish Series Yacht Race. Sailing is a central part of daily life here. Many kids however, only ever get access to sailing through a group of dedicated and inspirational volunteers, who simply make it happen for the kids at Tarbert Toppers! This year there has been a huge increase in numbers of children coming along to give it a try. More sails and equipment are needed to give them all a chance to get going and get growing on the water! Over £250 was raised from generous sailors visiting the village in May this year and we hope to reach the £1000 target for the start of the summer holidays so as many kids as possible benefit this year and in the future.
