A team of girlies, some fitter than others (!!!) are taking on Tough Mudder (Half) at the end of the month. This is a 5 mile challenge with 13 obstacles designed to test teamwork and toughness!!

We are doing this to raise money for a little charity called Sparkes which works with children with Down's Syndrome on speech, expressive language and communication. It not only does amazing work for the kids but provides great support to the parents! The charity is funded purely by the parents of the children who attend and through fundraising events.
