Yorkshire local pro-EU groups are planning a number of events to support our continued membership of the EU or as close a relationship as we can manage.

We are unhappy that our future is being determined by a large but vocal and aggressive minority (just 37% of the electorate voted to leave the EU). We also are unhappy that the referendum was narrowly lost because of a concerted campaign to misinform the public and sow division. We believe that we and our children will pay a heavy price for this: loss of rights, lower environmental protection; higher prices and loss of opportunities.

We want to fight this through engaging with our communities throughout Yorkshire through various outreach events. Funding is essential to achieve these aims.
