Weʼve raised £50 to skydive for Willow Wood Hospice

Funded on Saturday, 17th December 2016

    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

I am creating this justgiving campaign on behalf of my brother, whose father sadly passed away on August 14th. Below is his story:

I am fundraising for Willow Wood Hospice to thank them for the incredible care they provide to those at the end of their life.

My dad was taken care of and looked after by the amazing staff at Willow Wood Hospice in Ashton-Under-Lyne and the support they offered to the family while he was receiving their end of life care was fantastic.

The difficult job that the staff face on a daily basis deserves to be recognised and I wish to help the hospice continue to provide the exceptional care that they gave to my father to other patients who need it.

My family and I are planning a charity skydive to raise funds that will be donated to Willow Wood Hospice to thank them for everything that they have done and continue to do.

We are aiming to raise £400 as the minimum amount to qualify for the free skydive and ensure all the money goes to the charity is £395.
