Aaron is 37 years old and profoundly disabled, he is wheelchair bound and also blind since a life threatening illness at 3 months old left him with severe brain damage.  One of his few pleasures is sitting outside, feeling the sun and the breeze on his face and listening to the sounds of the leaves rustling and the birds singing.  For the past 3 years his garden has been inaccessible to him, there is a deep concrete step, he needs a ramp and an area of timber decking before he can go out and enjoy his own garden.  Instead he is forced to sit indoors all the year round.
