Hi! My name is Abdullah Al Mamun Shohag and I am 33 years old! I was born in Barisal District in Bangladesh and currently living with my family in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

I am like average young man who likes spending time with friends and family, apart from that I have been battling cancer for last 7 years. My doctor stated that my cancer might be curable but required a good treatment. I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer in March, 2010 and my family taken care of the expenses of the treatment by selling our lands and properties, as in Bangladesh it is almost impossible to receive free health care services for cancer, therefore, had to be funded privately!
In 2012, the cancer spreader to my lung and further treatment was received which was privately funded by my family. I was slightly better for few years, however, my health started to deteriorated afterwards. I was so lucky that all my ex high school friends extended their hands and funded for my treatment, where my family is unable to bear the expensive costs of cancer treatment in Bangladesh anymore.

Recent diagnostics suggest that I need further treatment immediately to stop the spread of cancer any further. Your support generating the costs of cancer treatment would be hugely appreciated for a less privileged person like me.
