I will be cycling 50 miles to help raise money towards my charity expedition to Nepal in July 2018. I am going with a company called Projects Abroad with other people from around the world. I will be based at Chitwan medical centre for 2 weeks, where I will assist physiotherapists working with disabled children. I will gain a great deal of medical knowledge and develop a greater understanding of global healthcare practices, in particular centres that are lacking in sufficient medical equipment. . I will also be going out in to the local community and finding out about local medical issues. By completing this project, I hope to make a long lasting positive impact on these local communities.
