Story
My brother Billy and I will be completing an inflatable 5k obstacle course in Exeter on Saturday 23rd June in order to raise money for the Paediatric Diabetes Team at Torbay Hospital.
On 28th September 2016, Billy was rushed into Torbay Hospital and diagnosed with Type I diabetes. It is a horrible disease that has changed our everyday lives. As a family we have faced many challenges in learning how to live and deal with diabetes and we would not have got through this without the help and support with the diabetic team at Torbay Hospital. This is not only a personal challenge for Billy, but it is an opportunity to give something back to the people who have helped us.
