I am writing to bring your kind attention towards my concern. I am a working as a day worker in my country. This to inform you that my father is in bad state of health. He is suffering from severe eye(Retina Damage) problem and doctors has prescribe his eye operations . I am a poor man and getting limited amount of salary and within this ,it is not possible for me to meet up the expenses .
