Story
This is to rise money to help Adam with specified equipment to help with his disability. since 2011 Adam has suffered with chronic kidney disease, interrcranial hypertension, papilladema, along with many other small problems like sleep apnea and depression as so on but manly Adam is very concerned right now about his eye sight. he as been put out of work as an hgv driver due to his condition. this fund raiser will hopefully get Adam the equipment he requires to get him back to the road to recovery. Adam needs surgery and a lot of rehabilitation.
