Coronavirus has caused a "cultural catastrophe"; over 400,000 creative jobs have been predicted to be lost as a result. This includes in the publishing industry. The job market is tough for talented, budding journalists, writers and those seeking experience in charitable or cultural areas of work.

Our online magazine, Adamah Media, publishes top quality articles focusing particularly on social, cultural, and spiritual topics. It seeks to be a platform where a wide range of views can be respectfully exchanged, aiming always at fairness and truth. At Adamah, we know we have a lot to offer and want this to benefit young talent.

We hope to be able to provide opportunities for young writers developing their careers. This fundraiser seeks to provide paid internship places for young writers to become regular, freelance writers for Adamah.

We're aiming to help launch young talented writers into fulfilling careers. Please help us offer:

- one or more 6-month (open to being extended) freelance staff writer paid position (s)

- top quality, professional editing to the young writers

- feedback and support for them from our professional editor

- their articles being published regularly by Adamah

We're currently running a competition for budding, young writers and will provide as many opportunities as we can for them to get articles published and work with our professional editor.
