Hello Everyone,
my 40th Birthday is coming up, and there is nothing that I am really need in life. As I will also not be able to accept a drink from everyone coming to the pub, I decided to ask for donations to my favourite association, Adaptive Martial Arts UK & Ireland (AMA).
AMA is an association dedicated to raise awareness and promote the inclusion of people with all types of disability into Martial Arts. It is run by a good friend of mine and has really an impact on the life of many people.
