Hello,
My name is Rhiannon and with my mum, we are doing a Zip Wire over Chepstow Quarry to raise money to give Ross (our nephew/cousin) a safe and fun garden where he lives.
Ross has Angelmans Syndrome, he is nearly 21 years old and has moved into assisted living where he has no safe outside area to use.
We are looking to raise £1000 to buy AstroTurf, wrought iron fencing, plastic benches with storage, a basketball hoop and a trampoline (for his fun, as these are his favourite things which he used to love when he lived at his family home)
I will add that that mum is scared of heights and water so this is a big step for her to try to get over 2 of her fears in one go.
