Weʼve raised £21,669 to Funeral costs for Roberts Buncis

Funded on Monday, 12th April 2021

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

As many of us are now aware, Roberts Buncis life was tragically taken from his family and friends on Saturday 12th December, he was 12 years old. Roberts comes from a single parent family, just Roberts and his Dad Edgars and therefore we would like to help with costs for the funeral and also to make this time easier for his family, money is always right for everyone at this time of year, so anything that can be donated would be hugely appreciated, even if it is only a few pounds. Thank you and god bless you all.

Thank you all so much for your continuous support. It's very difficult to say thank each and every one of you individually. Your generosity is beyond anything myself and Roberts dad expected. Please joint our Facebook group that will be updated with any future developments and events. https://www.facebook.com/groups/453352955702759/?ref=share

Firstly, thank you to all who have contributed and donated towards the fundraiser to support Roberts funeral costs. The initial target was to raise £500 and within minutes, the amount exceeded. At time of writing, we have raised over £20,000 and of course, we couldn’t have done this without the support of donations from the community and beyond. Individuals and businesses have all come together during these tragic times to help provide Roberts the send off he truly deserves. His father is eternally grateful and cannot thank the community enough.

Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to support Roberts’ funeral costs. The initial target was £500, which was exceeded within minutes. I will be contacting Just Giving tomorrow who will directly transfer the funds to the father’s account. Money can’t heal his loss, however it will definitely help in some way during this tragedy. Once again, thank you everyone.
