Weʼve raised £5,000 to support four children who tragically lost their father in a horrific car accident

Funded on Monday, 28th November 2016

Don't have time to donate right now?

    Story

My dear friend Amra lost her beloved husband Nisvet and father of four to a horrific car accident while working as a lorry driver in Slovenia

Due to failing bureaucracy and mountains of paperwork Amra has not yet received any help from the company Nisvet worked for. However, Amra has four mouths to feed.

Hana 15, Isra 13, Sumayya 4 and Imran 3 would always patiently wait for their father to come home every few months and their only wish was to have him work nearby so they could see him more. With these hopes now completely dashed, and no other offer of support in view, I'm asking you to please donate generously.

Unemployment in Bosnia is rife which is why Nisvet had to work abroad in the first place. Having a husband working abroad for the last ten years had already taken it's toll on this loving wife, who had nurtured a strong marriage and whose only wish was to be together, raising their family on a daily basis like most others. Now her children need her more then ever - especially little Imran who is always asking for his father - and its dawning upon Amra that Nisvet will never be coming home.

Amra as a widow is still unwavering in her faith which makes my heart go out to her all the more.

This fund is set up to fund childrens' future and education
