In June 2017 I will have the opportunity to go to Tanzania, Dar es Salaam with an agency called Work the World and volunteer in a local hospital for a month; by doing this I will be exposed to a healthcare environment which has scarce medical resources, one of many African countries. Living in the U.K. we take the healthcare system for granted, the NHS provides us with 24/7 support and care at demand, unfortunately for the third world countries around the world this isn't necessarily the case. As you maybe aware volunteering abroad comes at a cost, the money donated will be going towards my flight, accommodation and immunisations I require before traveling. Please be generous enough to help me make a change to those that are in need of it. I would really appreciate any donations no matter how big or small.
