Story
In December of 2017 we lost a teammate and friend in Albie Jones. On Sunday 27th May we will be playing a football match in his memory and to raise money for Lives Not Knives, a great London based charity who work across the UK educating young people on the effects of knife and gang crime.
The teams will consist of Albie’s ex teammates from our academy years at Oxford United FC, and the coaching staff will be made up of coaching staff from the Oxford United Academy - both past and present.
Currently Lives Not Knives are not registered with JustGiving or any other donation platforms, hence this Crowdunding page to allow people to donate. Please be assured that all funds raised will be sent directly to the charity once the event has taken place in May.
