My name is Alex Sherratt and I am a member of the 14th Wimbledon Scouts. I am thrilled to have been chosen to represent Greater London South West Scouts at the World Jamboree in America in 2019.

The Jamboree brings together 40,000 scouts from around the world to meet the challenge of ‘Unlock the World’. Take a look at the video below to find out more.

My goal before the Jamboree is to raise £1,000. Not only will this help me attend but it will also do the same for other scouts from countries less privileged than ours.

So far I have packed shopping bags in the run up to Christmas and I am selling cakes at a scouts’ paintball event in January.

I have lots of other ideas for other fundraising activities over the year and this page is for one where I have committed to run 5 x 5km runs over the next 2 months. I would be grateful for any donations, no matter what size, to help me meet my fundraising target.
