I am doing another pageant and I’m so excited! This one is different from previous ones I’ve done. This one is to be that shining light for the people that find it hard to speak about their own mental health. I have suffered with depression and anxiety for years and I was glad to have family and friends to speak to, some people find it more comfortable speaking to someone that they don’t know. I’m raising money for ME4MENTAL, they are a mental health/suicide awareness charity, they hold group sessions for those struggling. ‘If you suffer from mental health or care for a loved one with mental health then you are in the right place! We are a Mental Health and suicide awareness charity based in Derry/Londonderry.’
