Story
This Appeal is to repair the recent damage done by vandals. Recently the Haughton Park station on the Alford Valley Railway has been targeted on two separate occasions. Most recently on 13th of June. Where our fence was ripped apart and smashed rendering most of it irrecoverable. Without this fence we cannot run trains. As the fence is key to our passengers' safety. A temporary fence will be built. If we exceed the goal any funds will used to improve and repair the railway.

Alford valley railway will always hold a special place in my heart, I spent many happy summer seasons working on the train. It makes me so angry that people can be so thoughtless.
