i am trying to get my grandson back were he belongs...with family....he was taken into care in may 2016....since that day we have fought tooth and nail to get him back...an adoption order was granted on 16th december and we contested and opposed the adoption order....the judge granted the order on the very same day even though we opposed it....on the 31st october we was called back to court to say the adoption order should not have been granted to the adopters as we was opposing it...when we went to court the senior judge who as taken over the case now as dismissed all the trial over the last 18months and give us until 14th november to put together a statement saying why my grandson should be returned....we desperately want to do this but today,3rd november we have been in touch with a solicitor and they have unfortunately told us we cannot get legal aid to stop the adoption order.we need this little boy back home with his family were he belongs and should never have been taken in the first place as all the avenues was not done before the last resort of fostercare....my daughter was not given the help she deserved....she was not given no help at all and deserved the chance to be a single parent and never was thankyou for reading and please share as much as possible to get this little boy home ❤️
