Weʼre raising £2,000 to Help fund a three week expedition to Vietnam. Volunteering at underprivileged schools, with community projects and tackling climate change
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
In July 2020, I am hoping to venture out to Vietnam for a three week expedition, sleeping outdoors in tents or under the stars! Independantly navigating our way from the capital Hanoi to the beautiful Hoi An, all while helping the local communities thrive, preventing climate change and learning new life skills for ourselves.
In Vietnam we will be meeting the local communities and contibuting to their wellbeing by providing clean water, healthy meals and sanitary toilets. Healthier children means less absences from school and overall a better educated youth. Healthier adults means less unemployment and work absences, helping finances and improving quality of life. As there is an obvious link between health and happiness, I personally feel as if this is the most important part of my trip and I thoroughly look forwards to it (that is if I manage to raise the money to go).
Overnight train journeys, three day treks and beautiful scenes. A more perfect opportunity couldn’t be offered to me.
While exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay I’ll be making the most of all experiences, trying all the bazar street food, getting my hands dirty planting trees and helping kids with their homework.
I am so pleased and excited to be able to positively contribute to our world, any sponsor would be massively appreciated. I will be honoured to promote your business, with your company logo on my equipment and shirt
