Okay folks, it won't let me split money between 2 charities so I've had to do it this way. But all funds raised here will be donated evenly to Rape Crisis Scotland and SAMH to help them continue in their work, hire more counsellors and help those who have come to them in need. So many people need help from these amazing charities and I want to raise money and awareness to keep them to grow and help even more people.

Im taking part in a series of running events taking place next year. They will include a number of 5k's 10k's and a half marathon. The idea is to take part in as many as possible over the course of the year to raise as much funds as possible for these incredible charities.

My first challenge is the Winter Run 5k in Edinburgh taking place in January.
