Thursday 14 June will mark one year since the Grenfell tragedy. In the days after the fire, the Grenfell community came together in a great show of unity, and an enormous amount of support poured in from across the whole of the UK.

We want to celebrate the spirit of people coming together. On Friday 15 June, we are supporting the UK-wide Green for Grenfell Day. Green for Grenfell Day aims to spur people across the UK to celebrate solidarity and diversity within their own communities by working together on a project of their choosing.

On Sunday 17 June the Annual Fox Fun Run will be raising money for Just Solution123.

Just Solutions 123 is a local organisation who work in the shadow of Grenfell Tower. They have started a Grow Your Own Community Kitchen Garden project getting children and adults involved in growing and harvesting fruit and vegetables in the unused and forgotten spaces around the Westway. The organisation is also involved in the monthly Grenfell Silent Walk as well as regular canal walks for families.
