Time for a challenge.
For anyone who knows me, weight training was always my "thing". I have no set myself a goal to complete the half marathon in under 2 hours with only 14 weeks training.
I will be running the marathon for the chest heart and stroke for Scotland foundation and my local community team raploch hearts to fund new equipment, strips etc.
Any donations are greatly appreciated.
