Unfortunately on 6th April at 5pm Kieron lost his lifelong battle to cerebral palsy, scoliosis & epilepsy having taken ill yet again from a chest infection. He went peacefully with his family around him peacefully. Due to this we have made the decision to place donations towards his final resting place and headstone. Anything left over will be donated to Robin House childrens hospice, where kieron & his family were supported over the years prior to his passing. Thank you to all who have donated and continue to make donations. Our Kieron is missed sorely and dearly, but has left an everlasting imprint on all our hearts which carries us through, he will live on through our memories and will always be with us

Kieron was born with cerebal palsy, scoliosis and epilepsy 26 years ago, Due to the severity of each condition this has meant he has undergone surgeries, procedures and hospital stays that have lasted sometimes, weeks/months at a time yet he takes everything in his stride. 11 years ago his conditions took a turn for the worst where he had both hips removed and a spinal fusion resulting in him being completely bedridden, he also underwent procedures to be completely gastric fed. From herein he has only been able to watch dvds and his sisters playing games on their playstation. Now he is older, it would be lovely to introduce him to youtube, the world of the internet and more, especially in times when he gets admitted to hospital for long durations, which is often.

He enriches the lives of all those around him. Theres something special about kieron, he has defied the odds time and time again. His will to live regardless would melt the hardest of hearts, regardless of his very limited mobility he laughs, he smiles, and loves everyone.

His last hospital visit was fairly recent, and it was apparent kieron struggled. He needed some form of entertainment, and what we had was difficult to see and the mini tablet was difficult to position in a way Kieron would be able to see.

This is why we decided to try and raise funds for kieron to have something that would be easy to use, position and see. It would mean so much to us as a family for any donations towards this, as we just dont have it ourselves. We appreciate any donation, no matter how small, as it is a step closer to our goal and being able to give something to Kieron where he has given us so much over 26 years of his life by being the wonderful soul he is.
