#andysmanclub is a group for men across the UK who are going through a storm, been through a storm or just want to share life experiences to help and support other men. #andysmanclub is committed to challenge the stigmas surrounding mental health and to promote suicide prevention by encouraging men that #itsokaytotalk.

7 years agoWe did it ..... last night we completed the Firewalk it once but twice.... an absolutely awesome experience and team andysmanclub were absolutely buzz in after it....whats next ... who knows but we will find something...... Thank you all for your support and donations... we raised £205 which will go back into promoting #andysmanclub and #itsokaytotalk across the whole of the UK and the brotherhood all thank you 🔥👌❤
