Weʼre raising £500 to fly to uganda on July the 15th to help the funding of education for the disabled and support the families in need
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
on the 15th of July a group of us from Shebbear College are working with other schools in England to fly out to Uganda, this is to help fund the education of the disabled and families in need of support. In aid of this a friend and myself are going to go on a 17 mile horse ride on Dartmoor, taking place on the 29th of June we are going to start at The Tors Inn, in Belstone, we will then go on a route past The 9 Ladies which is one of multiple landmarks on are route, we will be keeping you updated on The Tors facebook page. Our aim is to help disabled kids get access to education which can help them to have access to highly paid jobs in the future, which can help the whole family. we aim to help as many families and children as we can. Not only will this benefit the children of Uganda but i think it will be a life changing experience for all of us going, it will open our eyes to see how unjust some countries are. We will be helping disabled children especially as many schools will simply not allow them in their schools or just don't know how to teach everyone to their needs, hopefully this will be life changing for these very unfortunate children.
