Currently doing my Master's research project looking into why small businesses are not investing in personalised mobile applications despite the upward trend and majority of their customers spending most of their time on applications. I am passionate about this field and I want to start up a company aimed at small busineses to create mobile applications for them and management services. Businesses utilising third party applications are at risk of little or no exposing on these so called big platforms as information research behaviour shows that we are more likely to obtain information from the first - maximum; third page before aborting their search and I want to help change the way customers and small businesses interact
