Dear friends, family, and colleagues,
It is with great pride and excitement that I write to ask for some support for an exciting opportunity that has recently arisen... I have been lucky enough to play along with the North Devon Sinfonia since moving down to Devon. This is the UK's official 'most inspirational orchestra', as awarded on the BBC's "All Together Now: The Great Orchestra Challenge". The Orchestra have been selected/invited to attend the International Community Orchestra Festival in Seoul, South Korea this September! I am pretty excited at the idea of going overseas to represent the country with such a fantastic group of players; but and hope you might be able to help fund the trip?! As you can imagine this is going to cost a fair amount of money and I am thus seeking some 'sponsorship' from your kind selves...any sort of donation would help, however big or small.
