I am taking part in Dry January to raise funds for CADAS.

CADAS is a Cumbria wide voluntary organisation which supports people who have drug and alcohol problems.

The majority of CADAS clients are seen by volunteers who support people to overcome their alcohol and drug problems. CADAS is a charity which runs purely from fundraising and bids.

I am taking part in Dry January to raise funds for CADAS. I will not drink any alcohol for the whole of January. This will be a challenge for me however I am passionate about the work that CADAS do and want to make sure that they reach even more people in Cumbria!

I have volunteered for CADAS for 9 years and I work with clients in the Carlisle area. I see the wonderful work that CADAS does and I would love to contribute in funding....as well as provide myself with a January challenge! I will donate any money that I would normally spend on alcohol in January however I am also asking for donations (and motivation!) while I complete my challenge. I will update my Facebook with how I am getting on and update everyone on how much money I raise.

All funds raised on this Crowdfunder will be directly given to CADAS.
