The last week earthquake in Marche and Umbria region has been the strongest since 1980. More than 120000 people across central Italy have been evacuated towards the cost.

-WE ARE IN A WAR ZONE-

My town, Castelraimondo, is only 40 km away from the epicenter. Hundreds of houses are unsafe, the prestigious town hall and the medieval tower called "Cassero", our symbol and pride, are strongly damaged.
None of the 10 churches of the town are safe and the entire area is now barely connected with the rest of the world.
Nearly the totality of the shops and factories are shut and surely they will be for long time.

Almost half of the entire population sleeps in cars, caravans and emergency accommodations provided by charities. There are many kids and old people amongst them and the winter is coming. Soon will start snowing and the situation will turn tragic.

There is no fresh water available, there are continuous power cuts and food is only provided by the eroic civil protection.
