Story
This page has been set up in the memory of a beautiful girl who touched so many lives and was one of the most amazing people you'd ever meet.
Andrea Grosscurth
Daughter of Lesley, Sister to Joanne and David, Soulmate to Steven, Auntie to her only nephew Keiren, cousin and neice to a huge family
Andrea was a 31 year old stunning insiprational lady to whoever met her, friendly & would give her time to anyone who needed her help, In her 20s she was diagnosed with Non Alcohol Liver Cirrhosis which gradually got worse as the years went by through no fault of her own. She carried on living her life to the fullest along with a few barriers in her way but she was tough and fought every obstacle that came towards her with success. She was generous, smart and talented who made the most of her skills by providing cakes for all occasions around Liverpool, working her fingers to the bone and going days and nights without sleeping to master her art and was truly dedicated to her tasks.
Over the last year Andrea struggled with Oedema and gathered fluid all around her body which was a result of her liver disease and found it difficult to shed the fluid due to her liver being irreversibly scarred. During her stay in hospital she developed Renal failure and Sepsis which put more pressure on her already over worked body to try and battle along with the problems she already had. She was in and out of hospital from June to November 2017 trying to get better going weeks staying in hospital and even spent her final 31st Birthday in a hospital bed and was spoilt by her close family and partner. After spending most of August, September and October in hospital, it was in November she got admitted to hospital again with Sepsis and a week later died from complications with all of her close family and Soulmate at her bedside, who are looking to raise enough funds for a funeral to giver her the send off she deserves.
Please donate whatever you can for such a heartbreaking cause 💘
