Sponsoring me to run the Dublin Marathon on the 29th Oct 2017 will raise money for the work of African Child Ministries. A.C.M is a local ministry based in Greenisland which was started by 2 men selling goods, fruit and vegetables at discounted rates on a stall in the Church of Ireland car park. It has now grown to a shop attached to the back of the church and all the money raised is sent to a Missionary team in Kenya, based near Narok - working with the Massai tribe.They require funding to dig Bore Holes to provide drinking water for the first time to over 400 children.
