Story
World changes can only start with educated children.
The mission of the 8848 fund is to empower the children of Nepal through education, to overcome adversity and discrimination. Without an education the children of Nepal have no choices.
Instead of birthday gifts and cards this year I am asking my family and friends to donate what ever they can afford to help a cause very close to my heart, the Babu Chiri Balkalyan School. I am visiting the school this month with the hope of being able to help rebuild and improve the school through the 8848 fund in conjuction with the Babu Chiri Sherpa Foundation. But initially I would like to provided the 14 young school children with winter coats. Any and all donations will help, thank you Andy.
