A family who I personally know are in dire straits financially and have reached out for help. They have two children and the mother has had a serious car injury where their car was written off and now she is not mobile. In the same week her husband was made redundant with very little redundancy payout. They do not have enough money to pay for their amenities, food or even take their children to school and they risk being evicted.
