Story
I am taking on the enormous challenge of running the Snowdonia Marathon on the 28th October . This is 26.2 miles of running with over 900m of incline which includes running up Llanberis Pass (Pen y Pass 1.100ft). and also a rapid climb to about 1,200ft at Bwlch y Groe. meaning in total I will be climbing 100ft per mile on average.
The reason : apart from being a bit crazy there is a real positive side
After completing The 401 Challenge; a multi award winning project that raised over £330,000 for two anti bullying charities between 2015 and 2017, many people, Ben included felt that The 401 Challenge needed a legacy, this is www.the401foundation.co.uk

“To provide grants of between £3000 to £5000 to small grass root organisations and individuals that build confidence and self esteem whilst tackling mental health and self development issues”

I met Ben when i was asked to run with him during his 401 Challenge a truly inspirational individual who has made a difference to so many. I have the honour of being appointed as a trustee of the foundation. The monies raised for the foundation will assist those who need it most
