Story
Anglesey Hawk Wheelchair Basketball Club introduced the sport of Wheelchair Basketball to Anglesey in April 2014.
The sport offers equal sporting opportunities to both the disabled and able bodied, breaking down the barriers of disability within sport.
As part of the Anglesey Hawks every member not only gains sporting development, new skills and an increase in fitness, the club also helps to improve confidence and social skills, whilst creating a support network through a family dynamic, enabling and encouraging trust, honesty and commitment.
The Anglesey Hawks offers everyone the opportunity to be part for the club and also to progress through the sporting levels within the British Wheelchair Basketball Community.
Anglesey Hawks is asking for support and sponsorship to help with the running costs, costs like: Sports Hall Hire, Wheelchairs, Wheelchair maintenance, Straps, tyres, travelling costs, game vests and training vests.
Any and all sport the club receives goes into keeping the club running and moving forwards, the money ensures that players are able to develop their skills within the sport.
We thankyou for your support,
