Over 4200 men were lost to suicide in the UK in 2014. Andy's Man Club are trying to change this. Started in Yorkshire, their groups are now covering other parts of the UK. The idea is that they hold groups to get men together to offer peer support and encourage them that #itsoktotalk and it's ok to feel vulnerable. Isn't this part of being human? We need to end the culture of men being socialised to believe that they must be unbreakable, breadwinner, stable, never requiring help. I want to raise money for Andy's Man Club so that they can publicise and expand. The work they do is invaluable.
