To many people are suffering with mental health illness‘s it is my aim to help raise awarness and get people , colleagues, friends and family talking about mental health. I’ve been on my own journey and thank you to Parklands Hospital, friends and family I have bounced back and educated myself. And from this I’m making it my aim to get people talking and know that it’s ok to talk and seek help they need it.

What I’m going to do ... on 7th Feb 2018 I will be running / walking 40 miles from Parklands Hospital Basingstoke to Bulford Military Police Station , to represent the journey I have taken over the last few months. It will be physically and mentally challenging but will help show strength and dertatmination all the attributes you need to overcome or help someone with any illness .

I am wanting to raise as much money as can for the charity MIND and Parklands Hospital . Two charities that help all types of mental illness and help people get the help they deserve !
