We brought Maverick to his forever home when he was 9 weeks old.

The whole family fell in love with him, Evy was scared of dogs and in a week Maverick helped these fears!!! Both Matty and Evy have showed love and teamwork caring for him. At just 11 weeks old we got the devastating news that maverick had a major problem with his hind legs and would need life saving surgery. He was born with two dislocated knees!! Because we've only had him for such a short time our insurance won't pay for this treatment and he needs it now!! He's just a dog but he's become part of our family and we really want to give him the best chance. He's gentile, fun, sparky and such a joy. So based on our income we can't provide the operation for him and the post operation care but we're trusting that together we can give him what he deserves.
He has now had his first operation on his right knee and is recovering well. We are so grateful to all those who have allowed us to be able to get the ball rolling. Unfortunately we didn't raise enough for his second knee which his surgeon feels needs doing asap, within the next few weeks . We are aware people still want to support us who missed the last page so we were recommened to relaunch it!!
So here it is.
We're calling again on those we know and those we don't to contribue just a little so our kids hearts won't be broken and Mav can get what he deserves. Please help us to help him. He's just a pup but we love him. Thanks a million. We appreciate you. x
