Story
I am running the cambridge half marathon in support of the Back Up Trust a wonderful charity that helps people after spinal cord injury.
My friend Rosie was supported by the charity after a sudden spinal stroke left her in a wheelchair.
Rosie remains incredibly fit and athletic and is preparing to lead the first all female team to summit Snowdon in the summer as part of Back Up's Snowdon Push. I am a very proud member of Rosie's team.
