My name is Anna and I’m 16yrs old.

I was born very premature at only 24 weeks and I weighed 1lb 2oz.

I fought hard and am here today to tell my story.

I have cerebral palsy and that’s left me with very little use of my arms and legs. I need help from my family every day just to perform simple everyday tasks that most people can just do.

I use my wheelchair all the time as I can’t stand or walk at all Unaided

Now I’m 16 and about to start college and the next chapter in my life I would love to be much more independent just like a ‘ Normal’ 16 year old. Unfortunately my wheelchair is holding me back. While I can wheel myself I get very tired which can then effect me for other things in life.

I would love to turn my wheelchair into a motorised one so that I can get about a lot more and live my life to the full and start being much more independent.

i can get some funding for the wheels but not enough to cover the money needed So i am trying to raise some money myself.
