Myself and my partner are engaged and would absolutely love to get into the housing market. The only issue we have is saving for a deposit.

We currently rent and have been in the same property for the last 7 years within those 7 years a rent payment has never ever been missed! This proves that we are clearly capable of paying off a mortgage.

The government said they would make it easier for first time buyers which they haven't, how are we expected to save up at least 10% whilst renting.

We both work full time jobs and save as much as we can but it doesn't come anything close to what the bank expects.

Please help us to build our future, whilst we both continuing saving, anything extra would be amazing.
