In 2010 I was diagnosed with a rare bladder conditon called Fowlers Syndrome. It is a chronic urinary retention based illness caused by the failure of the sphincter muscle which in turn has a signifcant impact on not only the bladder, but other organs and bodily functions too. It affects less than 4% of women worldwide with limited funding to aid research. It leaves many sufferers needing lifelong medical attention in the form of procedures, surgeries and IV interventions.

I am passionate about improving and making a difference to suffers lives, like myself, who are affected by this dehabilitating condition. I would greatly appreciate your help and support in raising a minimum of £1,000 which I will then donate to Professor Fowler’s specialist unit in London.

Myself, Anthony Monaghan and Lottie Monaghan are running a half marathon on the 1st of July in the hope to raise money and in turn improve the lives of those living with Fowlers.
