After a surge of violence in Mynamar, nearly 400,000 people have been forced out of their homes and have fled to Bangladesh in the past few weeks. This number is constantly on the rise.

The recent spate of conflict has seen severe violence including gang rape, brutal beatings, villages set alight and killings of babies and young children.

Most of the Rohingya refugees are women and children. Many are injured, exhausted and in need of life-saving assistance. Families are in dire need of food and water, having escaped persecution from Burma with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

In an effort to offer my support I will be travelling to Bangladesh on 19th October with a group of 10 individuals to assist those in desperate need of our help. We will work on the ground distributing clean water, sanitation kits, survival packs of food and emergency shelter kits including blankets and tarpaulins.
