Story
I am doing a half marathon to raise money for an expedition to The Gambia in October to teach school children science to try inspire them to stay in and enjoy education. These experiments we will teach will be sustainable with what little equipment they have there. This will allow them to carry on teaching these experiments over and over once we leave. Hopefully our experiments will inspire the students there to stay in school longer as they find an enjoyment of science and learning.
I am doing my first half marathon in May which is the Liverpool half marathon to try raise money for the expedition.

6 years agoI have now run 20k in 1hr 49 and many other training runs in preparation for my half marathon this Sunday and am very excited for it!
